Clara Ladi Ejembi, a Fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical College, (FMCPH) is a Professor of Public Health and a Consultant Community Physician working with the Department of Community Medicine, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria.
Prof. Ejembi has over 40 years of experience teaching, practising, and researching public health. Her areas of interest are primary health care, epidemiology, and reproductive health, including gender and health. She has been involved in training of various categories of health professionals, including community-based health workers, postgraduate medical professionals and PhD students. She started the Measure Evaluation- ABU Collaborative Monitoring and Evaluation Course in 2010 and was the foundation Course Director. During her career, she has trained thousands of medical students, hundreds of MPH students and has supervised 38 fellowship/PhD candidates.
